Orient Electric Incorporated was founded in 1976 by Darrel and Phyllis "Teak" Parnell and Fred Kirchhofer. The business was built on hard work, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to offer friendly, honest service to our customers. Over the years some of the faces have changed but our commitment to hard work, excellent craftsmanship and customer satisfaction remains the same.

Orient Electric is currently owned by Lynn Wall, (Darrel and "Teak's" daughter), Kassandra Young (Fred's daughter), and Jim Igrisan. We do all types of electrical work for residential, commercial, and industrial applications including: service changes, remodels, hot tubs, generator transfer switches, new home construction, septic alarm systems, commercial tenant improvements, all lighting applications, motor controls, troubleshooting, and much, much more. Lynn joined her parents company in 1976 and worked for many years as the Office Manager, till her parents retired and she became an owner and the CEO.

Jim started in 1994 as a journeyman electrician. Jim is now an owner and the Project Manager in charge of scheduling and overseeing jobs.

Kassandra has been with the company since 1993. She became an owner and Office Manager in 2003.

Fred works part time, he is trying to retire but we don't want to let him go! So Fred continues to work as a supervisor and estimator.

Mike Opray has been a part of our team since 2003. He started with us as an Apprentice and has become an exceptional Journeyman electrician.

Rick Close is our current Apprentice. He is Kassandra's son and is following in his grandfather's footsteps.

Joseph recently joined our team, He is a hard working family man and an excellent Journeyman electrcian.
